The Girl & The Goose is a boutique baking company specializing in custom cakes and other treats. I pride myself on using the very best ingredients so my cakes not only look fantastic, but also taste fantastic. No occasion is too small, or too big, for a great cake. I love working with each of my clients to create the cake you’ve been dreaming of, whether it is simple and classic or wild and extreme. I only take on a limited number of cakes each weekend so that I can give my upmost attention to each client. I am confident that my passion and enthusiasm will shine through at your next special occasion.
My love of cakes started at a young age, after watching a pastry chef decorate a huge wedding cake at an event as a young girl. It just seemed like the coolest thing. After graduating with a business degree, I knew it was time to turn my dream into a reality. I earned a Baking and Pastry Certificate form the California Culinary Academy and was off and running. I aligned myself with some of the best in the cake industry, in the Los Angeles and Napa Valley areas, where I watched, learned and honed my craft. Having more than a decade of experience under my belt, I still love seeing the looks on client’s faces when they see their cake.
